2010-09-05 - End-Of-Summer Tournament in Harrisburg

The Mechanicsburg Go Club is teaming up with the Lancaster Go Club to offer a Go tournament for central Pennsylvania players.

• Sunday, September 5, 2010
• Come anytime between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Location: Lower Paxton Youth Center (100 Elmwood Dr, Harrisburg, PA 17109)
• $10 entry fee, plus you must have American Go Association membership.
  (AGA membership is available at the tournament. A new membership is $15/year.)
• You do not need to pre-register

This is a self-paired tournament. It is designed to give you as many games as you can handle during the day. As soon as you arrive or finish a game, you will be paired with the next available player close enough in rank to give you a satisfactory match-up. This is a good chance for newer players to get some good playing experience, and for more experienced players to keep their hands in.

Your game results will be submitted to the AGA. These game results are used to compute your official AGA rating.
